【Purchase Notice】

1. When making a reservation: Please ensure you provide complete and accurate booking information to avoid affecting your trip due to incorrect information (passport name in English + number of people + valid contact phone number + email address + social media account: WeChat/WhatsApp/LINE). You will be solely responsible for any losses incurred due to providing incorrect information.
2. This product offers services in both Chinese and English.
3. This product offers the following service format: small group tours with a driver/guide.
4. Group participant information:

• Children aged 0-8 (excluding 8 years old) must use a child safety seat when joining the tour. We offer child safety seat rental services at USD$10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate this in the booking notes so we can prepare accordingly. Any violations or fines incurred due to the guest's failure to inform us in advance will be borne by the guest. Thank you for your understanding. If a child safety seat is not needed on the day of the tour, the rental fee will be refunded.
• Children aged 0-18 (excluding 18): Same price as adults, and must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the trip, or submit a waiver signed by a guardian.
• For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour to participate in the tour.
• Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to meet certain health conditions. People with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact our company in advance to obtain relevant policy information before registering for the tour. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.

[Travel Notice]

1. To ensure a smooth and complete trip, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes have passed since the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. Our company strives to provide punctual service; however, in the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failures, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, we cannot guarantee on-time arrival at the pick-up location. Our company will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests due to delays resulting from such reasons, or for any additional costs incurred, including flight, train, or bus fares and other tour expenses.
2. Our company reserves the right to transfer tourists from the original vehicle to another vehicle and assign different guides and drivers to provide services during the trip, provided it is convenient for the tour operation.
3. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, stop time, or meeting time of attractions according to weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), making it impossible to visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and visitor flow control of various attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic. If this affects the itinerary, it is considered a force majeure event, and your understanding is appreciated.
4. This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement. The uncompleted portion will be considered as your voluntary abandonment, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
5. If any complimentary items included in the itinerary cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as traffic or weather conditions, or if you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
   
6. According to U.S. federal law, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on any of the tours.
