    • SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) is an ocean sport originating from Hawaii where you stand on a large surfboard and paddle. It helps train muscles and core strength that you do not usually use, and you can also expect exercise benefits. If you want to relax on the calm lake surface, we recommend the 'early morning' or 'evening' time slots, which have a high probability of seeing Mt. Fuji. (The wind is often calm during the early morning hours.) A guide will not accompany you on the water, but we will explain how to paddle and use the equipment before you depart, so beginners are perfectly fine. Rest assured that our staff will be monitoring you at all times, and we will come to your rescue by boat in case of an emergency. Small children are welcome to ride with an adult.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
    • For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
    • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
    NOTE
    • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
