Chopstick Making Experience + Mini Ramen Tasting
Duration: Approx. 1 hour
Experience Flow: After meeting at the shop, choose your preferred wood from 5 types of natural wood to craft your own pair of chopsticks. You may choose to add an optional engraving service on-site to personalize them with your name or favorite text. Once finished, enjoy a bowl of mini ramen using the chopsticks you just made, experiencing the unique joy of combining craftsmanship with Japanese food culture.
Japanese Knife Sharpening Service
Duration: Approx. 1 hour
Experience Flow: After meeting at the shop, a professional instructor will introduce Japanese knife culture and how to use whetstones. You will then personally experience sharpening a knife using a Japanese whetstone. An optional handle engraving service is available, allowing you to add your name or a short phrase to take home your very own piece of Japanese craftsmanship.
Kintsugi Pottery Repair Experience and Matcha Tasting
Duration: Approx. 1.5 hours
Experience Flow: After meeting at the shop, there will be a brief introduction to the traditional Japanese craft of 'Kintsugi'—a unique art form that repairs broken pottery and gives it a brand-new aesthetic. You will personally experience the Kintsugi technique to repair pottery and finally enjoy authentic matcha on-site using the vessel you have restored.
Note: The engraving service is an optional item chosen on-site, and the fee must be paid at the location.
