What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
Please fill in the name of your hotel for the ski resort's arrangement; this is not for shipping purposes.
We will assist with transportation and meeting point arrangements based on your accommodation location.
It is recommended that all members of the class have similar skill levels.
It is recommended that participants be of similar skill levels. If their skill levels are not the same, there may be a situation where they have to wait for each other. For safety reasons, the instructor will focus on students with more basic skills.
Adults and children are advised to attend classes separately.
Because adults and children have different learning styles, Xuelang recommends that they attend classes separately for better learning results. If you still wish to attend classes together, the instructors will focus more on the children for safety reasons.
[Health status of class participants]
If you have any special physical conditions such as injury, congenital disease, or pregnancy, please participate in the skiing experience only after a professional medical evaluation confirms that it is safe to do so.
Snowboard and Ski lessons cannot be held simultaneously.
Each course allows students to choose either a Snowboard or Ski learning method, as it is not possible to teach both simultaneously due to professional considerations.

This early bird offer is only applicable to Ski courses, not Snowboard courses, and cannot be changed to Snowboard courses.

Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 5 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The customer service team will add you to your messaging app account three days before the course starts and create a group chat with the instructor to arrange meeting details with you on the day of the course.
Equipment required for Ski lessons: Ski, ski boots, ski Ski, ski jacket, ski pants, ski gloves, goggles/snow goggles, helmet (must be worn).
Equipment required for a Snowboard lesson: Snowboard, Snowboard boots, ski jacket, ski pants, ski gloves, goggles/snow goggles, helmet (must be worn).
Snow Wave prioritizes your safety; helmets are mandatory throughout the lessons. If you are a first-time Snowboarding, we strongly recommend wearing additional protective gear, including knee pads, hip pads, wrist guards, and elbow pads. Since most ski shops do not offer protective gear rental, Snow Wave provides a dedicated protective gear rental service. Please contact us for details if you require rentals.
If you need to rent ski equipment on the day of class, we recommend allowing 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the number of people that day) for renting and trying on. If you need an instructor to accompany you for renting, it will be counted within the class time. Please inform us in advance and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
It is recommended to wear comfortable, breathable, and warm inner clothing and ski socks under your ski jacket/ski pants (jeans are not recommended).
If the ski resort is closed on the day of the class and the course cannot be held, the Snow Wave team will contact you to reschedule the class or process a refund, and will try their best to help you complete the rest of your trip.
