Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: We offer 4- to 6-hour tours, departing to coincide with port calls. Tours shorter than 4 hours are also possible.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If the event is cancelled due to typhoons, wind speeds exceeding 8 meters per second, or other sea conditions, we will notify you by the day before.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - If you are late, you may not be able to participate. - Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian. (Boat fee: $50) - Snorkeling is generally limited to those under 65 years old.
Other special notes:
- • Generally, this will be a chartered trip. For shared trips, a minimum of 10 people is required for departure.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 8 to 70 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please bring your own hat, sunglasses, towel, and food/drinks.
Rental equipment: Snorkel set $30, bait fishing tackle (bait included) $40, light jigging (casting) tackle $55 (includes 4 lures; if tackle is lost by dropping it into the sea, you will be required to pay an equivalent amount), BBQ set (meat, vegetables, charcoal, grill included) $50 per person.
Duration comment: 240 minutes (Experience time: 200 minutes)
Minimum number of participants: 6 people
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
