This tour operates during the Northern Lights season only, typically from autumn through spring (approximately September to April). The tour is not available during the summer months due to extended daylight hours and the absence of dark skies required for Northern Lights viewing.
If your tour operates under favorable forecast conditions but no Northern Lights are seen, you will receive a complimentary ticket for a standard Northern Lights bus tour. This offer may be redeemed multiple times, subject to availability, until you eventually witness the magical display.
Passengers with disabilities intending to travel with Reykjavik Excursions are kindly asked to contact Reykjavik Excursions with at least 24 hours notice in order for the company to be able to cater for needs, if possible.
