Child policy:
- Children under 12 months are not allowed.
- Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- For safety reasons, tag-a-long attachments for young children and toddler trailers are not permitted on tours.

Good to know:
- Participants must know how to ride a bicycle.
- The maximum weight limit per bike is 136kg.
- A valid photo ID and credit card are required for the bike security deposit.
- Participants will be required to sign a rental agreement and waiver form upon arrival, or you can complete it online in advance at bit.ly/ubwaiver.
