1. If the number of participants is odd or if a single person registers, a Single room surcharge must be paid before departure can be arranged. Bed type cannot be guaranteed and depends on the hotel's actual situation. Please take note.
2. Tour service fee: HK$160 per person per day (same price for adults and children), HK$800 per person for 5 days, which will be collected by the tour guide during the trip.
3. This team mainly consists of 15 or more people. The team may not be led by a licensed tour leader in Hong Kong. During the period from the start of the tour to the end of the tour, staff at a designated location may assist with the assembly.
4. If the group size is 15 or more, a Cantonese-speaking tour leader will be arranged. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum required number for the tour to proceed, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation notice will be issued 7 days prior to departure.
5. This tour can accommodate children under 12 years old. Children aged 2-12 (excluding 12 years old) will be charged as children, and children aged 0-2 (excluding 2 years old) will be charged as infants (calculated on the day of departure). Passengers aged 12 or above must be charged at the adult price.
6. Hotel Accommodation: Our group is calculated based on a shared room rate of 2 adults/2 adults + 1 child/2 adults + 2 children (children are charged without an extra bed). (If a child occupies a bed, the adult rate applies). If the group size exceeds the above room rate, any additional single guests or single travelers will need to pay a Single room surcharge or an extra bed. Bed type cannot be guaranteed and depends on the hotel's availability. If guests request a crib, our company will assist in requesting arrangements from the hotel, but the hotel reserves the final decision. Extra bed surcharges are based on one extra bed, sofa bed, or folding bed. Extra beds are not available in Guizhou hotels; guests must make their own arrangements.
7. Before the hotel receives an official rating from the relevant organization in accordance with national standards, the hotel will be marked with a "Diamond Star" rating for guests' reference.
8. Baggage Restrictions: The number and weight of checked baggage are subject to the transportation service provider. If baggage exceeds the weight limit, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges.
9. Documents: Please bring your valid passport and return permit when departing. If there are any changes to the high-speed rail/flight information, please refer to the actual arrangements.
10. Tickets: As ticket offices at various scenic spots have the right to require guests to show proof of age, guests must carry their identification with them at all times. If proof cannot be shown at the time, guests may be asked to pay the difference in ticket price on the spot. Please be aware of this.
11. Travel insurance is not included in the group tour package; it is recommended to purchase personal travel insurance.
12. Hong Kong Airport departure tax, fuel surcharge, and other miscellaneous fees, totaling HK$1580 per person. The travel agency will contact you to collect this fee after you place your order.
