Please provide your LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat ID when placing your order so that customer service can contact you promptly to confirm your hotel and itinerary arrangements.
Service Areas: Fukuoka, Oita, Saga, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Yamaguchi, Hiroshima, etc.
Service Content: One-day private charter car, multi-day private charter car, etc.
Service Hours: We provide private charter car services for up to 10 hours per day, with a distance limit of 300 kilometers. Daily service hours are between 7:00 and 20:00.
Pick-up/Drop-off Location: The default pick-up/drop-off location for this product is Fukuoka City. If you require pick-up or drop-off in cities other than Fukuoka, an additional empty car fee will be charged. Please consult customer service for specific costs.
Other Fees
For multi-day charters, if an overnight stay outside of Fukuoka is required, a driver accommodation allowance of 6,000 JPY per night applies.
Overtime fee for small vehicles: 5,000 JPY/hour; Overtime fee for large vehicles: 8,000 JPY/hour.
This product fee includes: Driver service fee, driver meal expenses, and fuel costs.
This product fee does not include: Highway tolls, road tolls, parking fees, guest meal expenses, attraction admission tickets, hotel accommodation, etc.

Capacity: 23 passengers + 10 pieces of 21~29 inch luggage (Luggage compartment and passenger seats are completely separated and independent)

Do the drivers speak Chinese?
A: Our drivers are Chinese speakers who have lived in Japan for many years and are fluent in both Chinese and Japanese (translation software is needed for English communication). If necessary, they can also assist with translation.
Can I get on the car in City A and get off in City B?
A: Yes, you can. For example: You can get on in Fukuoka and get off in Kumamoto or other cities. Please note that pick-up and drop-off in cities outside of Fukuoka will incur additional empty car fees, and specific costs and service hours will be adjusted accordingly. Please consult customer service for details.
Can I change the departure time or hotel address after placing an order?
A: Yes, you can. Please inform us of any changes to the departure time or hotel address one day before departure, and we will make the corresponding adjustments for you.
Can I modify the itinerary on the day of the trip?
A: Yes, you can! Since each driver provides dedicated service to one group of guests, the itinerary can be flexibly adjusted according to your needs.
How do I contact the driver?
A: After placing your order, our customer service will add you and the driver to the same group on LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat to ensure you can contact the driver at any time.
I am not very familiar with Kyushu, can you recommend a travel route?
A: Of course! Just let us know your travel requirements, and our customer service team will recommend the most suitable travel route for you.
Is the price shown on the page calculated per person?
A: Our fees are calculated per vehicle, and the price shown on the page is the price for the vehicle. Please let us know the number of travelers and the number of suitcases, and customer service will recommend the appropriate vehicle type for you.
How long can I stay at each attraction?
A: You can freely decide the duration of your stay at each attraction according to your needs and enjoy your trip freely.
