This option does NOT include hotel pick-up from Hanoi. If you booked this option by mistake and need bus service from Hanoi, please inform us early to check availability.
▶ Hanoi Bus transfer: ROUND-TRIP BUS TRANSFER FROM HANOI OLD QUARTER.
Pickup Time: 7:30 – 8:15 AM.
Hotel pick-up is available for hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. If bus access is limited or your hotel is on a narrow street, we'll arrange a nearby meeting point within a short walking distance of your hotel and confirm the details before your tour.

Morning traffic in Hanoi can be busy. Taxis or Grab cars may be difficult to find, and the journey from your hotel may take longer than expected. Please leave your hotel early to make sure you arrive at the meeting point on time.

•  Please provide a WhatsApp number that can be reached during your trip. We will contact you via WhatsApp and the KKday app after receiving your booking to confirm your reservation and provide your estimated pickup time.
Please note: Your guide will contact you via WhatsApp on the evening before the tour to reconfirm your final pickup time & meeting point. This may differ from the estimated pickup time provided earlier. Kindly follow your guide’s instructions, as pickup arrangements may vary depending on your location. These arrangements are made to ensure a smooth journey and the best experience for all guests.

• According to local environmental regulations, single-use plastic bottles are not permitted in Ha Long Bay. Guests are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle during the trip. If you prefer not to purchase additional bottled water on board, we also recommend bringing enough water for your personal needs.

• Estimated pickup time in Hanoi Old Quarter is between 07:30 and 08:15 AM depending on location. Final pickup details will be confirmed one day before departure.

• From Friday to Sunday, drop-off may be arranged at the nearest accessible point to your hotel due to pedestrian streets and traffic restrictions in the Old Quarter.

• The itinerary, departure time, activities, and transportation arrangements may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to weather conditions, traffic situations, operational requirements, or instructions from local authorities. Any changes will be made to ensure the safety and best possible experience for all guests.
• Children over 10 years old (over 130 cm, meeting both conditions) may join kayaking only when accompanied by a parent, and kayaking is only suitable for adults under 100 kg for safety reasons.
