Sapporo City — Lake Toya Hot Spring Area Hotel Point-to-Point Transfer/Drop-off

  1. Please select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers and luggage. The fee only includes the driver service fee and does not cover personal expenses or other additional costs.
  2. You will be dropped off at the designated hotel in the Lake Toya hot spring area according to your booking information. If the actual pick-up or drop-off location differs from the booking information, any costs incurred from exceeding the service scope must be paid to the driver on-site (subject to the driver's actual quote).
  3. Please arrive at the meeting point on time as scheduled.
  4. All vehicles are equipped with snow tires and snow removal equipment during winter, so please travel with peace of mind. This product provides free child seats; please book in advance with customer service if needed.
  5. Multi-language service including Chinese/English/Japanese speaking drivers is available for barrier-free communication. Itinerary details will be confirmed via social media 1 day in advance.

  2. Please keep the vehicle interior clean. If the vehicle interior is severely soiled, vomited on, or requires additional cleaning due to passenger reasons, the driver has the right to charge a vehicle cleaning fee based on the actual situation.
  3. If you require child safety seats, wheelchair assistance, or other special services, please inform customer service of your needs after placing your order so that we can make arrangements in advance.
  4. Please select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers and luggage. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, resulting in the inability to board, the related responsibilities and costs will be borne by the guests themselves.
  5. Free cancellation and changes are allowed up to 3 days before departure; within 3 days, a partial handling fee will be deducted according to KKDay's cancellation and change policy. In case of flight delays or cancellations due to weather conditions such as blizzards, free cancellation and changes are available up to 24 hours before departure.
