A group of 10 people is required to form a tour group. The tour bus will be arranged according to the actual number of people departing.
2. Please specify the shuttle bus time for the first day when registering, otherwise you will be considered to have given up the pick-up and drop-off service; the drop-off time for the sixth day will be confirmed by the tour guide and the guests.
3. We have been receiving foreign guests for many years, and the level of hospitality for foreign guests is guaranteed. There is absolutely no forced consumption.
4. The itinerary order and hotel accommodations may be adjusted according to flight availability and the tour schedule without reducing the number of attractions. Please note!
5. In accordance with domestic regulations on real-name ticket purchases, please enter the following information when registering:
-For those entering the country with a Home Return Permit: Full Chinese name, date of birth, Home Return Permit number, and expiry date.
-Foreign passport holders entering the country: Full English name, date of birth, passport number and expiry date.
6. Two days before departure, a dedicated person will send a tour confirmation SMS to the guests, including departure date, meeting time, meeting place, and contact information.
7. This plan requires a minimum of 2 people to book. Our group will calculate the standard for sharing a room based on combinations of 2 people occupying a bed / 2 people occupying a bed + 1 child not occupying a bed / 2 people occupying a bed + 2 children not occupying a bed (children are charged at the rate for not occupying a bed). If the group size exceeds the above room standard, the extra single guests and single guests will need to pay a Single room surcharge.
8. The return permit must be valid for at least the day of return in order to register for the event.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
