Product Info
- Create your own original Shisa from clay, and paint it after firing. This plan allows you to experience the entire process from start to finish. Experience Flow: 1. Choose your size by looking at the samples. 2. Once the size is decided, start making your Shisa (approx. 60 minutes). 3. After finishing the Shisa, it will be fired for about 30 minutes or more. (Firing time varies depending on size.) 4. After firing, paint your Shisa (approx. 30-60 minutes). Take your finished Shisa home on the same day. We limit accompanying persons to one per group. For children of elementary school age or younger, please have one guardian accompany them. If a parent and two children visit, we ask that the two children participate in the experience. Example: 1 child participating -> 1 accompanying person Example: 2 children participating -> 1 accompanying person If there are 3 or more children of elementary school age or younger, up to 2 guardians may accompany them. Example: 3 or more children participating -> 2 accompanying persons We do not allow accompanying persons or observers for visitors aged 13 and older. For groups of family or friends (all junior high school age or older), we ask that everyone participates in the experience. Accompanying persons are only permitted if assistance is required during the experience. In that case, please contact the shop by phone in advance to discuss.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- We are open even in rainy or typhoon weather, but we may have to cancel due to natural disasters or equipment/facility failures (such as power outages).
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Please let us know if you have a fever or any other health problems on the day of the event.

Estimated time: Production time varies from person to person, so we recommend coming with plenty of time to spare. It may take around 120 minutes for those familiar with crafting, but it may take 4 to 5 hours for those who are not used to it or for children.

* **For those arriving by train:** Please use the monorail to Miebashi Station or Makishi Station.
* **For those arriving by other means:** Walking from nearby hotels... Please walk towards Heiwa-dori Arcade. Heiwa-dori Shopping Arcade is located almost in the center of Kokusai-dori. Look for the banner!
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 0 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
