• Guests with heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or ear-related medical conditions are advised to avoid high-intensity watersport activities such as Parasailing and Diving.
• Sea tide conditions are subject to ocean conditions. In the event of low tide or high tide affecting the activity schedule, we may inform guests to adjust the arrival time or arrange a reschedule.
  
• Guests who are prone to seasickness or motion sickness are recommended to take anti-motion sickness medication in advance.
• Please avoid participating in watersport activities after consuming alcohol for safety reasons.
• Activity operating hours are from 08.30 AM – 01.00 PM. Guests are required to arrive at the Tanjung Benoa watersport base within this period.
• Late arrivals are not eligible for reschedule or refund.
• Local insurance coverage only applies to participants aged between 10 – 65 years old. Guests below or above this age range are not recommended to participate in the activities.
• In the event that activities cannot operate due to weather conditions, low tide, strong waves, or other force majeure situations, a full refund may be requested.
• Tanjung Benoa offers various watersport activities including but not limited to Banana Boat, Flying Fish, Parasailing, Jet Ski, Seawalker, and others. These activities involve certain risks such as falling, collisions, choking on water, equipment malfunction, weather changes, or contact with marine life, which may result in injury or property damage. Guests are advised to select activities according to their personal health condition and must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors or staff throughout the activity. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and participation under the influence of alcohol or while feeling unwell is strictly prohibited. All watersport activities in Tanjung Benoa are operated and managed by third-party operators. Safety procedures, equipment, and insurance coverage are the responsibility of the respective operator. In the event of accidents, delays, property damage, or personal injury during the activity, all responsibility lies with the operator and their insurance provider. The travel agency shall not be held liable for any legal or financial compensation.
