While swimming in the sea and observing colorful fish, we will swim to the rocks where sea turtles often sleep. ⑥ After snorkeling, return to the shop for a shower and to change clothes *If it is more convenient for you, you can also disband at the site. For example, if your next destination is closer to the sea turtle beach, or if you want to continue swimming in the sea.

What You Can Expect

- 07:50Meeting and Reception. Please arrive at the site 10 minutes early. As most of the time will be spent in the ocean, please wear your swimsuit under your clothes beforehand.
- 08:10Changing and briefing. You will change into your wetsuits, and we will provide an easy-to-understand explanation of snorkeling basics and how to handle any issues. (The location may be subject to change.)
- 08:40Arrival at the spot and heading into the sea!! Time to go find those sea turtles!!
- 09:10Sea turtles and me 2026. Once we find a sea turtle, we will observe it calmly first. After everyone in the group has had a chance to see it, we will get closer for a commemorative photo♪ (Camera fees are separate.)
- 10:20Changing clothes. You will change into your gear in a simple tent. If meeting at the shop, showers are available; however, if meeting on-site, only water for rinsing off salt will be provided. (Instructions may change depending on the reservation status of the day.)
- 10:50Dismissal. Once the transfer of camera data and payment for any options are completed, the tour will conclude. Thank you for your hard work today! (Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on sea conditions and the number of participants on the day.)

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The course may be canceled in the event of a typhoon, high waves, etc. *We often receive inquiries about this, but the course is held even in the rain. Unless it is a torrential downpour or thunderstorm accompanied by a warning, the course will not be canceled.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- ・If you are late, you may not be able to participate. ・For children who cannot put their face in the water or are afraid of the sea, it may be difficult to guide them to the area where sea turtles are located. ・The tour will generally be held even if it rains on the day. ・For customers who do not meet the age restrictions (children under 7 years old, and children over 61 years old), please contact us by phone in advance to make a reservation. *If the venue changes, showers and parking may be subject to a fee, or there may be no facilities at the site. We will inform you when we contact you the day before. There is no cancellation fee if the course is canceled. A cancellation fee will be charged if the venue changes or if you cancel for your own reasons.

- [To customers considering booking a sea turtle tour plan] Please be sure to read this. As a fundamental principle, since they are marine creatures, there is a possibility that you may not encounter them. The chances of encountering them increase one hour before and after low tide. Please consider this if you want to increase your chances. If the sea turtle beach is unusable due to high waves, we will respond in the following order: ① Change of location and time ② Change of course to "Snorkeling with colorful coral and Nemo, completely private for one group ✨" ③ Cancellation of the course. We will send you a final notification, including whether the course will be held or not, between 4pm and 6pm the day before. If you would like to cancel if you cannot see them, please contact us by phone the day before before booking. However, during peak season, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to the schedule of other bookings.

* By car: Approximately 15 minutes north from American Village, approximately 50 minutes from Naha city center.
Parking: 5 cars, large buses: not permitted.
* By train: Get off at Tedako-Uranishi Station on the Okinawa Urban Monorail (Yui Rail), then approximately 40 minutes by taxi.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
