What You Can Expect

- 08:20Meeting and reception. Please arrive at the site 10 minutes in advance. Since most of the time will be spent in the sea, please wear your swimsuit under your clothes.
- 08:30Changing and briefing. You will change into your wetsuits, and we will provide an easy-to-understand explanation of basic snorkeling techniques and how to handle any issues.
- 09:00Departure and arrival at the spot. It takes 5 to 10 minutes from departure to reach the spot. (The location may be subject to change.) Please enjoy the pristine sea.
- 09:25Fully enjoying the experience. No words needed. Just feel it, the wonder of the Okinawan sea.
- 10:00Return to the port and change. You can use the shower and a simple tent to change your clothes.
- 10:10Dismissal. Once the photo data transfer is complete, the tour will conclude. Thank you for your hard work today. (The time is an estimate and may vary depending on sea conditions and the number of participants on the day.)

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The course may be canceled in the event of a typhoon, high waves, etc. *We often receive inquiries about this, but the course is held even in the rain. Unless it is a torrential downpour or thunderstorm accompanied by a warning, the course will not be canceled.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- ・If you are prone to seasickness, please take motion sickness medication in advance. ・If you are late, you may not be able to participate. ・Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian. ・The course will generally be held even if it rains on the day of the course. ・Reservations for customers outside the age limit (children under 4 years old, and customers over 71 years old) may be possible depending on the situation, so please be sure to inquire by phone in advance. The course may be canceled or the location changed due to the effects of typhoons, high waves, etc. Therefore, we will send you a final notification including whether the course will be held between 4pm and 6pm the day before. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we may contact you by text message or email. *If the location changes, showers and parking may be subject to a fee. You will be responsible for these costs. (We will inform you when we contact you the day before) There is no cancellation fee if the course is canceled. A cancellation fee will be charged if the location changes or if you cancel for your own reasons.

* By car: Approximately 15 minutes north from American Village, approximately 50 minutes from Naha city center.
Parking: 5 cars, large buses: not permitted.
* By train: Get off at Tedako-Uranishi Station on the Okinawa Urban Monorail (Yui Rail), then approximately 40 minutes by taxi.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
