What You Can Expect

- 07:50Meeting and reception. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time. We want to spend as much time as possible in the ocean, so please wear your swimsuit under your clothes.
- 08:10Changing and briefing. Change into your wetsuits, and we will provide an easy-to-understand explanation of basic snorkeling techniques and how to handle any issues.
- 08:30Arrive at the spot. It is a 3-minute walk from the shop to the spot. (The location may change depending on conditions.) Enjoy the untouched ocean that only locals know.
- 09:00Fully enjoying the experience. No words needed. Just feel it. The wonder of the Okinawa ocean.
- 09:20Return to the shop and change. Please use our showers and changing rooms to get ready.
- 09:45Dismissal. After transferring your camera data and paying for any options, the tour will conclude. Thank you for your hard work! (Times are estimates and may vary depending on ocean conditions and the number of participants on the day.)

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- In the event of a typhoon, high waves, etc., the course may be canceled. *We often receive inquiries about this, but the course is held even in the rain. Unless it is a torrential downpour or thunderstorm accompanied by a warning, the course will not be canceled.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- ・If you are late, you may not be able to participate. ・Children must be accompanied by a guardian. ・The event will generally be held even if it rains on the day. ・Reservations for customers outside the age limit (children under 2 years old, customers over 71 years old) may be possible depending on the situation, so please be sure to inquire in advance. The event may be canceled or the venue changed due to the effects of typhoons, high waves, etc. Therefore, we will send you a final notification including whether the course will be held between 4pm and 6pm the day before. If we are unable to reach you, we may contact you by text message or email. *For customers making reservations the day before or on the day of the event* If the venue changes, we will be late in notifying you, so please make your reservation with plenty of time to spare. *If the venue changes, showers and parking may be subject to a fee. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the cost.) There is no cancellation fee if the course is canceled. A cancellation fee will be charged if the venue changes or if you cancel for your own reasons.

* By car: Approximately 15 minutes north from American Village, approximately 50 minutes from Naha city center.
Parking: 5 cars, large buses: not permitted.
* By train: Get off at Tedako-Uranishi Station on the Okinawa Urban Monorail (Yui Rail), then approximately 40 minutes by taxi.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
