- Customers who are unable to use eSIM due to settings/device model/personal factors are not eligible for a refund.
Reminders
Each QR code can only be downloaded and installed once.
Apple phones can download multiple eSIMs at once, but only a maximum of two can be used simultaneously.
It is recommended to download and install it on the day of departure.
If the original telecom provider is unable to deliver the eSIM, the system will automatically resend an eSIM with the same plan from another telecom provider, without affecting your usage rights. Please refer to the file for detailed settings instructions.
Please confirm that your phone model and version are compatible before placing your order. No refunds will be given if the phone cannot be used due to failure to confirm before purchase.
Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For phones purchased in other countries, please check with the official Samsung website first.
iOS version 12.1 or later is required. In Hong Kong and Macau, only the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation), or iPhone XS have eSIM functionality; other models do not support it.
To maintain network quality, please adhere to the local Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of your country. Excessive downloading, video streaming, or live streaming within a short period may trigger detection by your carrier and result in speed throttling. Please note that signal strength may be affected by location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather conditions.
Please remember to disable data roaming on your original SIM card to avoid using its mobile network and incurring high roaming charges.

Traffic is calculated from 00:00 to 23:59 (local time) daily. It is recommended to confirm the compatibility of your device before purchasing and to install an eSIM internet plan before leaving the country.
The usage period for this eSIM product is calculated from the actual activation date as the first day until 23:59 on the last day.
We will send you the QR code and usage instructions within one hour of your order and payment confirmation. Please ensure that the email address you provided when ordering is correct. If you have any questions or have not received the QR code and related information within 90 minutes, please contact customer service immediately.
How to Use
- After placing your order and completing payment, you will receive an email with your eSIM QR code and activation information within one hour.
- Please enter a valid email address to ensure you receive eSIM activation content.
- Installing an eSIM requires an internet connection; it is recommended to install it before traveling abroad.
- Scan the QR code with your phone to complete the installation (please refer to the image above for detailed installation instructions).
- Installation steps:
1. Settings -> Mobile Services -> Join the mobile plan
2. Scan the QR code received in the email, or manually enter the address and confirmation code, then click "Next".
3. Click to confirm the "Certification Action Plan" window.
4. After adding the plan, an eSIM plan label (minor) will appear. You can change the name as needed.
5. Activate your newly added service plan after arriving at your destination.

2. Modify the label naming scheme in "Motion Data"
3. Enable "Data Roaming"
4. If your phone cannot connect to the internet directly, please follow the APN settings above (Settings - Mobile Services - Mobile Data).

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
