[About the fireworks display]

■If the fireworks display is canceled before departure due to inclement weather, the tour will be canceled and the tour fee will be refunded. Depending on the situation, the cancellation may be communicated at the meeting place. In that case, transportation costs etc. will not be refunded. If the tour is canceled after it has started, the itinerary will be changed and we will take you to an alternative sightseeing spot. Please note that there will be no refund for paid seating as it is a purchase.

■The distance from the bus parking area to the paid seating area is approximately 1 km on foot. Additionally, delays in departure from the venue and bus parking area are expected after the fireworks display due to traffic restrictions and congestion.

■We plan to arrive at the venue early (around 4 PM). The paid seating area is outdoors, so there is no protection from sunlight or rain.

■ Paid seating (with tables) will involve sharing tables with other groups. Seating arrangements will be at our discretion.

■After the fireworks display ends, you may arrive at your accommodation late at night (between midnight and 1 AM) due to traffic congestion, etc.

■Items that may obstruct the view, such as tripods and folding chairs, are not permitted.

■Please refrain from using camera tripods in the seating area. Also, umbrellas are not permitted in case of rain, so please bring a raincoat.

■Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking.

■The order of the sightseeing spots may be changed during the tour.
