Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Please let us know if you require transportation. • From Tadami Line (Hayato Station) and nearby accommodations (approximately 20-30 minutes one way) • Transportation will be by light vehicle; please inquire for groups of 3 or more.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• *If strong winds, heavy rain, typhoons, or other dangerous conditions are expected, or if a state of emergency or other government directive is issued, the tour will be canceled. Activity Okuaizu will contact you as soon as possible. If you do not receive a call, the tour is scheduled to proceed. *If you have already paid in advance, you can change to another date or receive a full refund.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• *Regarding safety management: ・For safety reasons, you will be required to wear a life jacket during the tour. ・Anyone in good health can participate, however, pregnant women are not permitted to participate for safety reasons. ・Those who have consumed alcohol or are severely hungover will be refused participation even on the day of the tour (in which case the standard cancellation fee will apply). *Confirmation of health status: ・If you have a pre-existing medical condition or a physical disability, please consult us in advance so that we can provide safe support. *Regarding registration on the day: ・You will be asked to fill out a participation confirmation form when joining the tour. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian. *Regarding cancellations and lateness: ・If you cancel due to your own reasons (illness, vehicle accident, breakdown, traffic jam (significant lateness), etc.), the standard cancellation fee will be charged. ・If you think you may be late, please be sure to contact us by phone. We will do our best to accommodate you, but significant lateness may be treated as a cancellation.

• *Cancellation due to weather conditions: Kayaking is a sport that involves interacting with nature. While tours can be held in light rain with calm winds, they will be cancelled if deemed dangerous due to typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, etc. Activity Okuaizu will contact customers as soon as a cancellation decision is made. If you do not receive a call, the tour is scheduled to proceed. *Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation due to weather or other reasons at the discretion of the organizer, we will either reschedule the tour or provide a full refund. *Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs to the location. *Regarding last-minute bookings: The booking deadline is one day in advance, but if there are vacancies, bookings can be made up to one hour before the meeting time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone. *Regarding maximum number of participants: We have set a basic maximum number of participants, but depending on your kayaking experience level or if you are participating in a "3-person kayak" including small children, we may be able to adjust (increase) the maximum number of participants.
