Chiikawa Restaurant is a family restaurant concept designed to be enjoyed by a wide range of Chiikawa fans, offering original menus and interior decorations. Chiikawa Restaurant in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, the long-awaited second location has grand opened in Okinawa PARCO CITY!
■Highlights unique to the Okinawa store
At the front of the store, our waitstaff, Chiikawa and Hachiware, along with our second-generation head chef Usagi, will greet you atop a rotating display stand. To the left of the entrance, we have a photo spot featuring portraits of our first and second-generation head chefs, which you can only see here.

We are currently offering BOX Seat Reservations including either a ¥4,000 or ¥6,000 meal voucher.To ensure a smooth experience, please purchase your tickets in advance before visiting.
[Information about meal vouchers]
*The "BOX seat reservation with JPY 4,000 meal voucher" ticket allows entry for up to 4 people per ticket. It can also be used for groups of 3 or fewer.
*The "BOX seat reservation with JPY 6,000 meal voucher" ticket allows entry for up to 6 people per ticket. It can also be used for groups of 5 or fewer.
*When paying for food and drinks, the "BOX seat reservation with JPY 4,000 meal voucher" will be worth 4,000 yen, and the "BOX seat reservation with JPY 6,000 meal voucher" will be worth 6,000 yen. These vouchers cannot be used for purchases at the merchandise shop.
*If your order amount is less than the face value of the meal voucher (4,000 yen or 6,000 yen), we will not be able to give you change due to system limitations.
*BOX sofa seats are available in limited numbers and are on a time-slot basis. Please note that if you arrive later than your reserved time, your usage time may be shortened.
*The adjoining merchandise shop is open to everyone and does not require a reservation ticket for "Chiikawa Restaurant".
[Instructions on how to enter the store]
*Customers who have purchased any type of meal voucher are requested to gather in front of the Green Zone on the 1st floor of Chiikawa Restaurant Okinawa PARCO CITY approximately 10 minutes before the meeting time indicated on the electronic ticket. You will be guided to your seats in order as soon as preparations are complete.
*For customers who purchased meal tickets for the 10:05 session, please gather at the Green Zone Cafe on the 1st floor after Okinawa PARCO CITY opens.
*Please note that you may not be able to enter the restaurant at the time indicated on your meal ticket. During busy periods, you may have to wait for several tens of minutes before entering. Thank you for your understanding.
*All meal vouchers are only valid for the reservation time indicated on the day. If you arrive at the restaurant significantly later than your reservation time, we will refuse your entry.
*Please note that once you have purchased any reservation tickets, you cannot change the date and time of your purchase. Also, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to customer circumstances.
