• Children aged 1-3 years old may join free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult at all times 
• Some parts of this tour program may not be suitable for:
  -Pregnant women
  -Those who had bone surgery within 6 months
  -Those who are experiencing a hangover or are prone to seasickness
  -Those who may have health risks due to existing medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, heart disease, etc.)
  -Children under 1yrs and seniors age over 60yrs
  Participants under these conditions are not recommended to join the tour. 

• The scheduled itinerary may change depending on external factors including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic conditions, and other unforeseeable circumstances 
• The accommodation, transport, and meals may vary. The tour operator will replace them with similar services and items based on availability, type, and standard as specified in the itinerary

• Please Note: Maya Bay is annually closed from 1 August to 30 September for environmental recovery. Visitors are not permitted to enter the beach during this period. The tour may pass by or stop outside the bay for sightseeing, subject to weather conditions.
