Minimum Participants: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people. If not met, we will notify you 2-3 days prior for a full refund or rescheduling.
Be Punctual: The bus departs strictly on time. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. No refunds for No-shows due to tardiness.
Flower Blooming: As a natural phenomenon, blooming status depends on weather. No refunds for flower status. The tour continues with garden walks and facility visits regardless.
Weather Policy: The tour runs in rain. Cancellation and full refund only occur in case of severe weather (e.g., Typhoons) that poses a safety risk.
