Kind tips

1. The hotels are local 3-star equivalent guesthouses or hotels, and specific requests cannot be made. The conditions differ significantly from those of city hotels. In response to environmental policies, some hotels may not provide housekeeping services for one night during your stay. Please be aware of this. Hotels usually provide shower gel, hand soap, hair dryer, and kettle, but do not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. Please bring your own.

2. Safekeeping of Valuables: For two-night stays in high-rise areas, guests are usually arranged to stay in the same hotel and the same room. Please keep your valuables, cash, passports, and other important documents safe and take them with you when you leave the room. Do not leave them behind at the hotel to avoid loss.

3. Hotel Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of UK hotels, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and areas near windows. If a guest is found smoking indoors, a fine will be imposed according to hotel regulations, usually around £200 (the exact amount depends on the hotel's specific policy), and the guest will be responsible for the fine.

4. Meals and drinks are not included throughout the trip. You can usually buy food at supermarkets or McDonald's sandwiches. Dinner will be provided after the day's itinerary. We will send everyone back to the hotel, and you are free to choose from nearby restaurants or order takeout.

5. When registering, you need to provide your passport number and other information. When traveling, you need to bring your ID documents such as passport or international driver's license.

6. The weather in the highlands is unpredictable, so please bring a windproof jacket and warm clothing. The entire route involves a lot of walking, and the highland sections are quite long, so please wear comfortable, rainproof, and waterproof shoes to cope with potentially muddy mountain paths.

1. This is a local tour. The order and duration of sightseeing may be adjusted based on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, strikes, holidays, or crowds. Please be aware of this. The itinerary times listed are for reference only; the actual times will vary depending on the day's schedule.

2. In the event of extreme winds, heavy rain, road closures, or temporary control measures at scenic spots, tour guides have the right to adjust the order of stops at attractions or shorten the tour duration without providing refunds or compensation.

3. Transportation will be arranged according to the number of people in the group. For small groups, the driver will also act as the tour guide. For large groups, if there are fewer than 20 people, the group will not be able to form and there will be no individual tour guide. Thank you for your understanding!

4. All tour participants must provide accurate and accessible contact information so that customer service can promptly notify them of travel arrangements. If you miss your tour due to being unable to be contacted in time, you will be solely responsible. Please check your email or other reliable social media channels to receive order confirmations and tour departure information.

5. As this is a group tour, in order not to affect other guests, the driver will wait for you for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you do not appear after the time limit, it will be considered as abandoning the trip, and the fee will not be refunded. You will bear the risk of being absent due to personal reasons. Please be sure to meet at the meeting point on time. Thank you for your understanding.

6. Please bring a valid ID or passport for identity verification on the day of the event.

7. Due to weather, scenic area policies, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be temporarily changed or suspended. Please be aware of this and pay attention to staff notifications or system updates.

8. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the trip. Seniors aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22-69 throughout the trip.

9. Please strictly adhere to the meeting time specified by the driver/guide. If you fail to return to the meeting point at the agreed time, the group will continue to the next attraction, and you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. Please be aware of this.

10. It is not recommended to bring luggage on a day trip. If you do bring luggage, please inform customer service in advance of the quantity, size and other details, and you can only bring it after confirming the cost or obtaining permission.

11. Drivers and guides cannot arrange special seats. If necessary, please consult with other passengers. If they refuse, please use the existing seats.

12. Unauthorized departure from the group is not permitted during the tour (except for free time). We apologize for any inconvenience. If you leave the group midway through the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refund will be given. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from this. Please confirm your departure time and take photos of the vehicle for future reference to avoid boarding the wrong bus or forgetting to board.

13. During free time, you should pay attention to your personal safety and property security. If you do not heed the advice and an accident or loss occurs, you will be responsible for the consequences.

14. The end time is subject to traffic conditions. Please do not book flights, ships, etc. for the same day of your trip to avoid missing your flight or ship due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware of this situation, and we will not provide any refunds or compensation for this.

15. This tour does not include insurance; all risks associated with participating in this tour are borne by the traveler. Please exercise caution and take necessary precautions. The company and its employees are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage, and no refunds will be provided.
