Take the Tomei Expressway, Numazu Interchange or the Shin-Tomei Expressway, Nagaizumi-Numazu Interchange to the Nagaizumi-Numazu Izu Jukan Expressway.
Take the Izu Chuo Expressway (Route 136) to Nagaoka Interchange, then take Route 130 towards Mitsu and Uchiura and turn left at the Mitsu intersection.

Take the Tokai Bus Orange Shuttle from JR Tokaido Line, Numazu Station, and get off at the Mitsu bus stop. It's a one-minute walk from there.
