- Itinerary Information
• Departure time: Guests may freely choose a departure time between 08:00-10:00.
• Departure location: Your hotel in Seoul or a location specified by the guest. (Additional fees apply if the departure location is in another city; please consult customer service for the exact amount.)
• Private charter car duration: 9 hours.
• Overtime fees: For (1-5 passengers) and (6-9 passengers) vehicles, 30,000 KRW per hour; for (10-14 passengers) vehicles, 50,000 KRW per hour. Usage exceeding 15 minutes will be rounded up to one hour.
• Return information: You may specify any drop-off location within Seoul.
- Vehicle Information
• 1-5 passenger van: Max 5 passengers + max 5 pieces of 28-inch luggage.
• 6-9 passenger van: Max 6 passengers + max 6 pieces of 28-inch luggage. (For 7-9 passengers, only carry-on bags are allowed.)
• 10-14 passenger van: Max 14 passengers + max 8 pieces of 28-inch luggage.
• Please provide one of the following contact methods: Line/WhatsApp/WeChat/KakaoTalk/Viber, along with an email address.
• According to South Korean law, children under 6 years old must use a child safety seat. Please specify the quantity accurately; payment of 20,000 KRW per seat is required on-site.
• Additional fees such as entrance tickets/safety seats/overtime fees are to be paid in cash to the driver.
• Our company does not provide personal travel insurance for any itineraries. Outdoor activities carry certain risks and dangers; guests must assess their own health and capabilities. Our company will not be held responsible for any physical injury or casualties caused by accidents or unpredictable factors.
