- Service Introduction -

Vehicle usage time: 5 hours / 7 hours / 8 hours for round-trip transfers from various piers

Departure time & Departure location: Based on passenger requirements

Itinerary distance: The total travel distance must be within 200 km (the route must be reasonable and without backtracking). For total itineraries exceeding 200 km, a fee of JPY 300 per kilometer will be charged.

If you have special requests for more distant attractions, please consult customer service before booking.

Service hours: 08:00-20:00

Driver language: Japanese-speaking driver

Vehicle type:

Comfortable 5-seater (including infants/children) (can accommodate 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage) 

Comfortable 7-seater (including infants/children) (can accommodate 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

 Business 10-seater (including infants/children) (can accommodate up to 9 passengers, 8 suitcases) 

14-seater vehicle (including infants/children) (can accommodate 0-13 passengers + 0-2 pieces of 26-inch luggage) 

18-seater vehicle (including infants/children) (can accommodate 17 passengers + 10 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Note: Infants and children are counted as passengers. Child seats are not provided.

Standard luggage size: 24-26 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

Overloading risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large items, we recommend booking an appropriate vehicle type to ensure all luggage can be accommodated. Any additional costs incurred due to failure to follow the recommended passenger capacity and luggage limit for the vehicle type must be borne by the passenger.

If the rental time exceeds the specified range, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver; please pay the driver in cash.

Overtime fee details:

5-7 seater: JPY 6000 per hour

10-14 seater: JPY 10000 per hour

18-seater: JPY 15000 per hour

5-7 seats: ¥6000/hour

10-14 seats: ¥10000/hour

18 seats: ¥15000/hour

2. For total trips exceeding 200 kilometers, a fee of ¥300/kilometer will be charged.

  • After placing your order, please contact customer service promptly to facilitate communication regarding your itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you driver information one day before departure (no later than 3 hours before your ride). Please note that you will be waiting for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.

  • For rentals exceeding the allotted time due to traffic congestion, an additional fee will still be charged, regardless of natural causes or traffic control measures.

  • If the number of luggage and passengers is deemed insufficient to accommodate the passenger, we will discuss with you whether to change the vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund. Please be aware of this.
