② Arrival VIP Fast Track (VIP B): You will be guided to a business-exclusive lane that is a step above the regular fast track, allowing you to pass through almost immediately without waiting. Recommended for families with infants and travelers with elderly companions.
③ Departure Fast Track: After meeting our staff in front of your airline check-in counter, you will pass through departure immigration via the VIP lane. (Airline check-in must be done individually.)
④ [Express Pass] Priority Check-in + Departure Fast Track: You will be assisted with priority boarding to bypass the long lines at the airline check-in counter, followed by full support through departure immigration and security screening.

📍 Usage Information

Arrival Fast Track Meeting: After your flight lands, please look for the staff member holding a meeting board with your name in English in front of the immigration area.
The average processing time is about 5-15 minutes.
Departure Fast Track Meeting: Meet the staff member holding a meeting board with your name in English in front of your airline check-in counter.
Unless otherwise requested, the default meeting time is 2 hours before departure. Please let us know in advance if you have a preferred time.
Even if you arrive at the airport early and complete your check-in, you must wait until the scheduled meeting time. Please note that if you proceed with departure immigration individually without waiting, it will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

The Fast Track service is for passing through immigration via the VIP Lane and is unrelated to the speed of baggage claim.

If the service is suspended due to local airport safety or security reasons, a 100% refund will be issued, and you should follow the instructions of the local staff.
