Celebrating almost a century in the Hong Kong dining scene, the inimitable Jimmy’s Kitchen has served multiple generations with comforting Continental cuisine in Hong Kong as well as during its earliest days in Shanghai.
Jimmy’s Kitchen first opened its doors in 1928 and has reopened in Central’s Pedder Building. Diners can indulge in Jimmy’s classic dishes with contemporary twists, such as madras curry served with assorted chutneys and rice, chicken supreme ‘kiev’ with garlic herb butter, and beef stroganoff.
Complete your meal with the restaurant’s show stopping baked Alaska that’s prepared and flambéed tableside. Be sure to swing by the bar to try one of Jimmy’s signature cocktails, such as Borscht Mary made with grilled vegetable-infused vodka.
