- This is the Adventure Dam Kayaking experience at Chikuchiku Bonbon. This tour takes you to a hidden waterfall spot at the nearby Ryugahana Dam lake, accessible only by kayak. Families with children, student groups, and couples are all welcome. We use stable recreational kayaks for beginners, so everyone from first-grade girls to 80-year-old grandmothers can ride safely on their own. Everyone wears a life jacket, so even those who cannot swim can participate with peace of mind. We also have tandem seats available for small children or those who feel uneasy about riding alone; please let us know when booking. After the experience, enjoy a shower and change, then treat your tired body to some gentle milk pudding and a drink♪

- From the snowmelt in March, through the spring weather and fresh greenery, cooling off under the waterfall in the midsummer sun, admiring the autumn leaves, and feeling the approach of winter from the lake surface, this is a kayak tour where you can fully enjoy nature. Except for the snowy season, you can book anytime throughout the year.

Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Please provide the following information for all participants: age (grade level is acceptable for children), gender, height, and weight. *Please only provide information for those weighing 100 kg or more.
- Question 2: If you would like a tandem kayak (for two people), please let us know the number of kayaks you require.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- - The tour may be canceled if severe weather is predicted or if a thunderstorm warning is issued. - The tour will proceed even in light rain. - The tour will be canceled if there is snow, as the road to the venue will be closed.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Participation is not permitted for minors under 18 years of age without an accompanying adult. At least one adult must be present. If you wish to have a preschool-aged child participate, we will only accept them if they meet the following conditions: - The child must be able to wear our facility's infant life jacket (height 90cm or taller). *Children who are too large for the life jacket to fit properly will not be allowed to participate. - The child must be able to ride in a tandem (two-person) kayak with an adult. *We only have four tandem kayaks. - The child must be able to participate happily and in a good mood for approximately 3 hours. If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse participation for safety reasons. In addition, if we determine that it is difficult to continue the experience due to the child's condition, we may stop the experience midway for safety reasons. No refunds will be given in such cases, so please understand in advance. If you are elderly and have any underlying medical conditions or disabilities, please be sure to inform us in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
