Regarding cancellation of the event:

• We have clearly defined cancellation criteria. [Cancellation Criteria] If a heavy rain or flood warning is issued for the field where the event is being held. We will contact you in advance if there is a possibility of cancellation, to avoid having to gather at the site on the day and then have the event canceled. If the event is canceled before the program has begun, we will refund the full participation fee or reschedule the event. Because this is an outdoor activity, we may be forced to cancel the event on the day or midway through the program due to sudden, unexpected weather changes. In such cases, accommodation and transportation costs will be borne by the guest. Please note that if the program is canceled midway, we will discuss refunds depending on the circumstances. If you plan to stay the night before, please contact us in advance. If cancellation is expected, we will contact you the day before. (We generally contact you by the night before.) If it is difficult to make a decision, we will contact you on the day of the event to let you know whether it will proceed or not, before your departure time. *In such cases, we will ask for your contact time in advance.
