Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The event will proceed rain or shine. However, it will be canceled if dangerous conditions such as rising water levels are anticipated. In that case, we will contact the representative's mobile phone or email address. However, if you are traveling from a distant location and departing the night before or early in the morning, please contact our guide's mobile phone at 090-3719-4238 before your departure to confirm.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ● Essential items to bring: ・Swimsuit or innerwear (top and bottom) Close-fitting types are recommended. Quick-drying shirt, leggings or tights Allows for smooth changing when wearing a suit and also provides warmth. ・Food and drinks You will eat inside the cave. A 500cc plastic water bottle is fine. ・Shorts Worn over the wetsuit. Any material is fine as long as it is durable and does not come off easily. (If you do not have shorts, you can rent them on site for 500 yen.) ・Backpack that can get wet One for several people should be enough. Food and drinks, towel to dry off afterwards. Leave it in the car. ● Items that are good to have: ・Gloves For hand protection and warmth. • Please allow ample time for your journey. If you are late for the meeting time, your participation will be considered a same-day cancellation, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the participation fee will apply. Please arrive already wearing your swimsuit. A simple changing tent will be set up at the end of the tour, but it is for women only, and there will be a waiting line. There is no roof, shade, or privacy screen for changing, so both men and women should bring a towel and sandals for changing. Accidents during the tour will be judged and handled by the insurance company. Accidents while using ropes are not covered by insurance and are your own responsibility. We will provide first aid and emergency medical treatment, but please understand that we cannot assume any further responsibility. The river water is beautiful, but it is especially cold, so those with little subcutaneous fat will get cold quickly. If you are thin, if there is a gap between your wetsuit and your skin, cold water will constantly pass through and you will get cold. The innerwear you wear under your wetsuit will also get wet, so please bring layers of innerwear or leggings to fill the gap. Thin fleece or synthetic or wool materials with a brushed lining are also effective.
