Regarding cancellation of the event:

• If the event is cancelled due to an emergency alert or other reason, we will contact you by phone by 6:00 PM the day before.

Other important points to note:

• *Free transportation is available for those arriving by train (advance reservation required). The number of participants is limited depending on the vehicle availability on the day, so please be sure to contact us in advance if you wish to use this service. *Minimum number of participants: 2 people. If the minimum number of participants is not met even near the tour date, we may ask you to reschedule. *The hot spring is closed on Wednesdays, so there will be no bathing. The participation fee will be discounted by 700 yen from the actual cost. *If there is no snow due to weather, we may not use light crampons, but the tour will proceed as long as the frozen waterfall can be observed. *The frozen waterfall can usually be observed until around the end of February, but due to natural phenomena, the season may end earlier.
