Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If the event is canceled due to a weather warning or other reasons, we will contact you by phone by 6 PM the day before.

- If you are late, you may not be able to participate.

* **By car:** Please go to "733 Nishikawa, Kawakami-mura, Yoshino-gun, Nara Prefecture" as your destination.
* **By train:**
* **From Kintetsu Osaka Abenobashi Station, take the limited express train bound for Yoshino and get off at Yamato-Kamiichi Station. Approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
* **From Kintetsu Kyoto Station, take the limited express train, transfer at Kashihara-jingumae Station, and get off at Yamato-Kamiichi Station. Approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
