Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Please provide the age and gender of all participants.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The tour will proceed even in rainy weather, however, it may be canceled in the event of severe weather such as typhoons, thunderstorms, or heavy rain. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Customers wishing to pay in cash are requested to prepare the exact amount in advance to avoid needing change. Thank you for your cooperation. The following individuals are not permitted to participate in the tour: pregnant women, those with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, ear, nose, throat, or respiratory illnesses, those with epilepsy, those who have consumed alcohol, and those taking medication. Participation in the tour is also prohibited if the organizers determine that safety cannot be guaranteed for any individual.
Other special notes:
- Please note that some venues may not have restrooms or changing rooms, so please use the restroom before gathering.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
