Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The flight will be canceled in case of rain or strong winds. It may also be canceled at short notice if any problems are found with the aircraft.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - The total weight including baggage is limited to 180kg. - The maximum weight per person (per seat) is 110kg. - Children aged 2 and under must sit on their parent's lap. - Persons aged 12 to 18 traveling alone require parental consent. (We ask that you fill out a consent form on-site on the day of departure.) - The departure and arrival locations may be changed depending on the flight conditions and weather on the day of departure. Please be aware that the flight path and the scenery you can see may be partially changed as a result of the change in departure and arrival locations.

- We offer a discount for island residents. For details on the discount, please bring your Okinawa Prefecture Remote Island Resident Discount Fare Card with you when you arrive, or inquire at the Coral Helicopter reception desk.

Regarding clothing and belongings: We regret that we cannot allow passengers to board the plane while wearing wet clothing from the beach or swimming pool.
Regarding rental equipment: We request that you wear a life jacket (free of charge).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
