GENERAL INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS
- Please ensure to arrive on time, as your vessel will depart from the dock promptly. (Late Arrivals and No-Shows will not be compensated.)
- We recommend for our guests to plan their commute ahead of time to ensure timely arrival.
- To ensure punctual sailings for all of our patrons, we cannot accommodate any late arrivals.
- A paid parking lot - EasyPark, is conveniently located across from our Marina. (Both availability and pricing are pre-determined and governed by EasyPark.)
- Harbour Cruises will not responsible or liable in case of theft, damage, or any parking violations incurred
- All bookings are Final Sales: Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable.
- If you cancel, your booking is non-refundable. However, you will get a full refund if the cruise operator cancels due to bad weather or not enough travelers.
