We offer a rich selection of over 20 varieties, using carefully selected ingredients such as Ariake seaweed, Minami-Uonuma Koshihikari rice, and premium fillings. We offer large rice balls, each one filled with plenty of ingredients. Once your order is placed, they are carefully made and served right in front of you. As the nori is only wrapped on one side, you can enjoy a crispy texture when you put it in your mouth. The rice then dissolves softly and becomes delicious. We are also particular about our ingredients, using nori seaweed from Ariake and koshihikari rice from Minamiuonuma. "Kiwami Tonjiru" is a blend of pork bone soup simmered for six hours and vegetable stock, making it rich and flavorful! The fried chicken, made with a secret recipe that adds a touch of ginger and garlic, is also a must-order dish.
