As a pioneer of authentic Korean restaurant chains in Japan, [Shijan] has been expanding nationwide for over 20 years! We offer a wide variety of classic menu items such as bibimbap and jjigae, as well as various a la carte dishes and set menus including pajeon. The seasonings that define our Korean dishes, such as bibim-jang and the tadeugi used in jjigae, are all created using our original recipes. "Stone-pot Bibimbap" is one of our signature dishes. The "Bibimbap" used in this dish begins with stir-frying meat and vegetables with nearly 10 different seasonings and ingredients. The key seasonings in Korean cuisine, such as the taegi used in bibimbap and jjigae, and the sauce for chijimi, are all original recipes. Please enjoy our proud dishes, which are painstakingly handcrafted in-house so that you can fully enjoy the deliciousness of Korean cuisine.
Enjoy the Korean street food atmosphere with our proud Rapbokki! Sari noodles and Tteokbokki are simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce, creating a chewy texture and a spicy taste that will become addictive. The classic Cheese Rapbokki is delicious, with melted cheese enveloping the whole dish. A dish recommended for Korean food lovers.
Another original dish we are proud of is our "Frozen Cold Noodles," featuring a crispy frozen soup. We use Totori noodles, a unique Korean cold noodle dish made by kneading flour from "Totori," which means "acorn" in Korean, into the dough. We top our noodles with cucumber, radish, carrot, and homemade pickled vegetables, which go perfectly with the sweet soup. Enjoy our irresistible frozen cold noodles with their smooth texture and cool texture.
