Our specialty is our 'motsunabe,' available in soy sauce flavor year-round, as well as salt flavor in summer and miso flavor in winter! The soup, crafted with carefully selected ingredients and time-consuming preparation, is an irresistible masterpiece. We recommend adding 'aburakasu' (fried beef offal) as a topping. We also offer teppanyaki and a wide variety of drinks, so please enjoy your time with us. Our relaxed and comfortable interior is equipped with table seating and tatami seating. Please feel free to use our restaurant for after-work meals, family dinners, or private banquets!
Motsunabe is available in soy sauce flavor all year round, as well as salt flavor only available in summer and miso flavor only available in winter. A recommended topping is fried kasu. Fresh beef small intestines are deep-fried in high-temperature oil, and excess fat is removed to create a rich flavor. Teppanyaki, grilled motsu and vegetables with a secret miso sauce, is also excellent! Additional ingredients can be added, and orders are accepted for two or more people. There is also a wide variety of a la carte dishes, such as vinegared motsu, grilled motsu, raw omasum, yukhoe, and fried chicken. Be sure to give them a try.
We are proud of our wide selection of shochu and plum wine! We have eight varieties of sweet potato and different flavors of plum wine, so you can enjoy your favorite drink. Of course, we also offer highballs and lemon sours. We also offer an all-you-can-drink course perfect for parties, available for groups of three or more. We offer three types, with different numbers of dishes and toppings depending on the grade.
Our restaurant is conveniently located just two minutes from Itami Station. The restaurant has a relaxing and calm atmosphere, making it perfect for after work meals, family meals, or parties. We have table seating as well as a tatami room that can accommodate up to 30 people. We also accept reservations for private parties of 40 or more people, so please feel free to contact us!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
