Our signature yuba is made using several types of soybeans, characterized by a silky-smooth texture and mellow sweetness! Also, please enjoy our kaiseki courses filled with seasonal flavors, featuring our house-made tofu using 'Toyomasari' soybeans from Hokkaido, as well as 'Kuroge Wagyu Beef Lava Stone Grill' and 'shabu-shabu'.

Yuba is appealing for its silky smooth texture, mellow sweetness, and rich flavor. Enjoy freshly made yuba, which is made using soy milk with a higher sugar content than usual, pulled up one sheet at a time right in front of you. This is an original menu only available at our restaurant, where you can enjoy the rich flavor and richness that only freshly made yuba can offer, combined with our special diluted soy sauce and sprinkled yuzu to your liking. - Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
