Purchase Notice

  • When placing your order, please specify your pick-up and drop-off addresses and departure time in the order details.
  • Please leave your contact information (phone number, email address, LINE, WhatsApp, Kakao, WeChat, etc.) when placing your order so that our customer service staff can contact you promptly.
  • If you require a child seat, please specify this when placing your order. The child seat fee is 2000 yen (a child seat requires 1-1.5 seats), and you should pay the driver directly.
  • If the departure and arrival points are not located within Kyoto city, an additional fee of 10,000 yen or more will be charged each time, depending on the distance.
  • Driver information and license plate number will be provided between 18:00 the day before the event and 2 hours before the event time. Please check your email or messaging app (WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/Wechat).
  • When booking an urgent order, please ensure your contact information is accessible so that we can promptly confirm your transportation needs and arrange a vehicle.

Reminders

  • Service area: 11 wards of Kyoto, including: Nakagyo Ward, Sakyo Ward, Ukyo Ward, Kamigyo Ward, Shimogyo Ward, Kita Ward, Minami Ward, Nishikyo Ward, Higashiyama Ward, Fushimi Ward, and Yamashina Ward.

  • The car rental service is available from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. A night service fee will be charged for rentals outside of these hours (an additional fee of 2,000 yen or more will apply depending on the end time).

  • Free waiting time: The free waiting time is 30 minutes. After that, an overtime fee of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged.

  • Kyoto (11 wards) point-to-point transfer service mileage limit: The mileage limit for the Kyoto point-to-point transfer service is 20 kilometers. If the distance exceeds this limit, an excess mileage fee of 300 yen/kilometer will be charged.

  • Overtime and extra mileage fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.

  • Nighttime Reservation Notice: Reservations made before 10:00 cannot be processed between 00:00 and 08:00 and will be cancelled.

  • If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.

  • Child seat policy: Child seats are not provided for short-distance trips. According to the Japanese Road Traffic Law (Road Traffic Law Enforcement Ordinance - Article 26 no 3 no 2 3 6), point-to-point transportation is exempt from the obligation to provide child seats, so you can ride with peace of mind.

  • Cancellation Policy: Rush bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge. Non-rush bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.

  • This service is a private car transfer and does not include guided tours or other tour information. Thank you for your understanding.
