- If you need a child seat, please indicate this when placing your order. The child seat fee is 2,000 yen (the child seat will occupy 1-1.5 seats) and please pay directly to the driver.
- If the departure and end points are outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, an additional fee of 10,000 yen or more will be charged each time depending on the distance.

The car rental service is available from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. A night service fee will be charged for rentals outside of these hours (an additional fee of 2,000 yen or more will apply depending on the end time).
Free waiting time: The free waiting time is 30 minutes. After that, an overtime fee of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged.
Overtime and extra mileage fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.
Nighttime Booking Notice: Bookings made before 10:00 cannot be processed between 00:00 and 08:00 and will be cancelled.
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.
Child seat policy: Child seats are not provided for short-distance trips. According to the Japanese Road Traffic Law (Road Traffic Law Enforcement Ordinance - Article 26 no 3 no 2 3 6), point-to-point transportation is exempt from the obligation to provide child seats, so you can ride with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy: Rush bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge. Non-rush bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
