- Linderhof Palace is undergoing maintenance in winter, which may affect the visiting experience.
- Tickets are in high demand around Christmas. Tickets will be distributed in order of payment, and those who do not receive tickets will be refunded.
- Driver Working Hours: Standard 10 hours. Overtime €50/hour, shared equally among participants. Drivers cannot work over 12 hours per EU regulations. Please settle directly with the driver.
- Schedule: Times are for reference only. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events. If you have onward travel, please allow at least 3 extra hours. The company is not responsible for losses due to delays.
- Luggage Instructions : 1 piece of luggage weighing 23 kg and 1 piece of carry-on luggage

*Due to weather conditions in winter, there is no shuttle bus available at Neuschwanstein Castle. Taking a horse-drawn carriage usually requires waiting in line, which may cause delays and result in missing the scheduled entry time. Therefore, in most cases, you will need to walk up the hill, which takes about 40 minutes. Please note that tickets are non-refundable if you miss the reserved entry time due to personal delays.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
