Located in Parliament Square beside the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, this stunning Gothic church has been the setting for royal coronations since 1066, the burial place of 17 monarchs and 8 prime ministers, and the stage for historic royal weddings, including that of Prince William and Catherine Middleton in 2011.
Highlights of your visit include the Coronation Chair, built in 1296 for King Edward I and still used for crowning ceremonies today, making it the oldest piece of furniture in the UK still serving its original purpose. Explore Poets’ Corner, the literary heart of the Abbey, where writers such as Geoffrey Chaucer, Charles Dickens, and Rudyard Kipling are buried, and where memorials honor greats like Shakespeare and Robert Burns.

- Galleries will open 30 mins after main opening time.
