- Large amounts of file transfer (upload/download), video watching, live streaming, mobile gaming, and social media software are mainly composed of videos and photos. Using them to a certain extent is equivalent to watching a lot of videos.
- It is also recommended to turn off the automatic update and backup function, the social software automatic play function, the satellite map navigation mode (you can use the normal mode navigation) and the cloud hard drive data transfer function.

Please activate your eSIM within 30 days of receiving it.
Before installing the eSIM, please connect to WiFi to scan the QR code or enter it manually to join the action plan.
Please save this QR Code. Once scanned, it will become invalid and cannot be reissued. Please follow the installation instructions and do not exit the screen during the installation process to avoid misidentification by the phone and causing the eSIM plan to be deleted.
A QR code can only be scanned once with one mobile phone and cannot be changed after binding
Please delete the description file on iPhone (check steps: Settings -> General, scroll to the bottom, if there is no description file, it means it is normal) to avoid problems with smooth use.
If the eSIM plan is not fully used or is deleted without the approval of DJB customer service, no reissue or refund will be made.
Days calculation method: Assuming the card is activated at 09:00 on the 1st, the first day will end at 23:59 on the 1st; the card will expire at 12:00 on the selected day, and the time calculation is based on local time.
The quality of telecommunications networks varies from country to country, and the base station construction is not as dense as in Taiwan. Each country has different geographical locations and telecommunications construction. We cannot request a refund due to signal conditions in a few areas.

How to Use

- After placing your order and completing payment, you will receive an eSIM QR code email and activation information within 1 hour.
- Please enter a valid email address to ensure you receive eSIM activation content.
- Please ensure you are connected to WiFi before joining the eSIM mobile plan.
- Installation steps:
- Settings -> Mobile Services -> Join the Mobile Plan
- Scan the QR code above, or manually enter the address and verification code, then click "Next".
- After clicking to confirm the "Authentication Action Plan" window, an eSIM plan tab (secondary) will appear, which you can change the name of.
- Activate your newly added service plan after arriving at your destination.

- Change the tag naming scheme in "Motion Data"
- If your phone cannot connect to the internet directly, please follow the APN settings above (Settings - Mobile Services - Mobile Data Network).
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
