All services are by appointment only, and it is essential to arrive promptly at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
Since it is a popular hair salon among Koreans, you may not be able to make a reservation at the desired date and reservation time. In this case, the CS team will notify you directly via email and messenger.

All ages are available regardless of age, and the price is the same.
Hair lengths are based on the collarbone, an additional charge of up to 60,000 KRW may apply for dyeing and perm services, depending on your hair length.
