- V8 Super Luxury Van Vehicle model: Toyota Commuter (vehicle colors may vary and cannot be selected). The first row features two individual captain seats (either electric or manual; both offer the same level of comfort). Equipped with a VIP interior (interior colors may vary and cannot be selected). Accommodates up to 8 passengers and 7 pieces of 24-inch luggage.

- Pickup: Driver will meet you at your hotel lobby holding a sign with your English name. Verify details before boarding.
- No-Show Policy: If the driver is late, contact us immediately. Unreported no-shows forfeit refunds.

- Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, festivals, road closures, or accidents), the driver’s arrival time may vary slightly. Customers will be notified in advance of any significant delays.
- Please arrive at the hotel lobby on time. The driver will wait a maximum of 30 minutes. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals due to personal reasons.
- Personal Belongings : Double-check your belongings before exiting the vehicle. The company is not responsible for lost items.
- Seatbelt Requirement: Thai traffic law mandates seatbelt use for all passengers. Violators may face a 5,000 THB fine per person (payable by the passenger).

- Remote Area Surcharge : Additional fees may apply for distant hotels/attractions. Confirm with customer service before ordering.
- Infant/child seats are not included. It is available upon request for 300 THB/seat/one-way (payable in cash to the driver).
- No pets allowed, please contact with customer service in advance for special arrangements.
- Peak Season Pricing Standard rates exclude Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, and Songkran. Price adjustments may apply without prior notice—contact us directly for bookings during these periods.
- Please provide a Thai mobile number when booking. Line/WhatsApp/WeChat details are appreciated for smoother communication.
- Service Area & Airport Surcharge : Trips start/end in Bangkok city center. Airport transfers incur extra fees (300 THB for VAN).
