We are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise if you do not receive pick-up instructions due to blocking the search, and please understand that refunds are not possible even if you are unable to participate in the tour.

This is a join-in tour that can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people and can depart from 4 or more people. Please understand that the tour is not possible if the number of guests is not met, so we will inform you of the cancellation 2 days before the designated tour date.
Please prepare mosquito repellent, insecticide, light long-sleeved clothes, etc. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the tour as it is a mosquito-infested area, and it is recommended that infants do not accompany them as much as possible.
The schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions. The weather is based on the weather in Bongawan, the tour location, not downtown Kota Kinabalu.
In case of cancellation due to weather or local conditions, we may inform you of the cancellation the day before the tour or 1 hour before the tour. Please check KakaoTalk.
Vehicle pick-up/drop-off times vary by hotel and may be changed flexibly depending on local circumstances. Please note that pickup/drop-off locations cannot be changed 3 days prior to the date of use.
Airport drop off is only available for flights departing after midnight. The estimated time of arrival at the airport is around 22:00, and may change depending on local circumstances.
Tour changes and refunds are not available due to no-shows or late arrivals.
Bulky items such as golf clubs are not allowed on board. If you have bulky luggage, you must store it at the hotel and drop it off at the hotel. Airport drop off is not possible.
There is a risk of loss, so we ask that you take your valuables with you or keep them safely, and we do not take any responsibility for loss/damage.
The tour is an overseas tour product that is conducted overseas, and all responsibility lies with the local tour operator, and local insurance is applied.
Personal travel insurance is compulsory when traveling abroad. Be sure to purchase personal travel insurance separately before departing from Korea.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
