The Sydney Airport Pickup + Half-Day Tour helps travelers exhausted from long-haul flights avoid the hassle of public transportation by providing convenient travel in a private vehicle, and also includes a tour of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, which are difficult to reach without a car. You can arrive comfortably at your accommodation after the tour! 

  • Tour Departure Time: Meeting times are assigned according to each flight's arrival time. 
  • Meeting Point: [International] In front of McDonald's inside the arrivals hall / [Domestic] In front of the baggage claim area for each flight 
  • Meeting Time: Winter Season (First Sunday of April - First Saturday of October) 08:30 AM (KE401, OZ601) / 11:30 AM (JQ48, TW501)
                    Summer Season (First Sunday of October - First Saturday of April) 09:30 AM (KE401, OZ601) / 12:30 PM (JQ48, TW501)
  • Domestic flight pickup times are adjusted to 30 minutes before or after the international flight pickup time.
  • Please provide accurate arrival flight information when booking.
  • Estimated Duration: Approximately 3 hours after tour departure (may vary depending on local traffic conditions.)
  • We provide a basic allowance of 1 large suitcase for check-in and 1 small carry-on suitcase per person. Please specify the exact number of luggage items when requesting your booking. It may be difficult to proceed if you have oversized luggage or an excessive amount of baggage.
  •  Drop-off is provided as standard for accommodations located in the Sydney city center (postcode 2000), but additional charges apply for other areas. Please inquire in the chat if you wish to be dropped off outside the city center.

Purchase Notice

  • The minimum number of participants for the airport pickup tour is 2, and the minimum number of participants for the Blue Mountains/Port Stephens tour is 4. The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
  • The tour will depart as scheduled even in rainy weather.
  • No refunds or date changes will be provided for no-shows resulting from a customer's negligence or incorrect travel date selection. If you request a date change after a no-show, a no-show fee (change fee) equivalent to 50% of the payment amount will be applied.
  • If you are unable to participate in the tour for personal reasons, date changes and cancellations are not permitted.
  • Under Australian road traffic laws, eating and drinking onboard tourist vehicles is prohibited.
  • Under Australian road traffic laws, child seats are only required for children aged 1 year and older (12 to 24 months). If this applies to you, please indicate your child's age and any other requirements (the recommended age for tour participation is 4 years and older).
  • For airport pickup tours, we can wait up to 15 minutes after the designated meeting time. No refunds will be issued for missed meetings due to delays in personal check-in.
  • For airport pickup tours, if you receive flight delay notification from the airline before your flight, you can cancel and receive a refund if you share the information in advance the day before your trip.
  • If your drop-off location is outside the standard Sydney city center, please inquire. Additional fees apply for drop-offs in outlying areas, and if your requested location is not within the designated route, drop-off may not be possible.
  • Zigzag Tour may not be able to assist with tour changes or cancellations due to natural disasters.
  • Travel insurance is not included in the product, so we recommend purchasing it individually.
  • We'll send you a KakaoTalk notification message via Channel Talk the day before your trip.   • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

  • Please select the designated pickup time or the pickup time confirmed through prior inquiry.

  • Please be sure to include your domestic or international flight number and time, as well as your accommodation location, in the "Notes" section when making your reservation. Due to the nature of the tour, we cannot confirm availability without this information.

  • Please accurately reflect the total number of guests when making your reservation. Additional seats cannot be assigned if additional guests are added on the day.

  • This tour is a group tour, and will be conducted together with other groups at the same time on the same day.
